12 slices white bread
2 fried Chicken breasts
8 sheets Endive
2 Beefsteak tomato
8 slices Bacon
4 Tbsps Mayonnaise

Preparation steps

1.

Toast white bread. Cut chicken breast into thin slices and arrange atop half (4) of  the bread slices. Top with endive leaves and cover with half of mayonnaise. 

2.

Rinse tomatoes and cut into slices. Take 4 more slices of toasted bread and cover with remaining mayonnaise. Place (mayonnaise side up) on top of chicken and endives. Arrange tomatoes atop each slice of toast. 

3.

Fry bacon in a pan until crispy, divde and place atop the tomatoes and cover with remaining slices of toasted bread. Secure with a toothpick.
