Preparation steps

Dab chicken fillet with vinegar and cut into bite-size strips. Rinse tomatoes, cut into slices and remove seeds. Rinse bell pepper, cut in half, remove seeds and ribs and cut into slices. Peel onion, cut in half and also cut into thin slices. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a pan and fry chicken on all sides.

Add onion and fry until golden. Pour honey over chicken and season to taste with ground curry. Add prepared vegetables and saute briefly. Rinse mint and cut into fine strips. Setve chicken curry in a preheated bowl and garnish with mint.
