250 smoked Chicken breasts
1 onion
1 garlic clove
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 Tbsp butter
300 grams Broccoli
2 Tbsps freshly chopped parsley
2 eggs
200 milliliters Whipped cream
150 grams grated Cheddar cheese
100 milliliters milk
salt
freshly ground peppers
½ tsp Curry powder

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Grease a round tart tin with butter.

Cube the chicken breast. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Heat the butter and oil in a pan and saute the onion and garlic. Rinse the broccoli and drain well. Add the chicken and broccoli to the pan and saute for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in the parsley. Mix the eggs, cream, half of the cheese and the milk. Season with salt, pepper and curry powder. Spread the chicken-broccoli mixture in the tart tin. Pour the egg-cream mixture on top and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake for about 30 minutes, until golden brown. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
