- 400 grams Chicken breasts (skinless)
- ½ Red Bell pepper
- 1 Red chili pepper
- 1 shallot
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 150 milliliters dry Red wine
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

Rinse the chicken, pat dry and cut into small cubes. Rinse the peppers and chilies, cut in half, remove seeds and white pith and finely chop. Peel the shallot and garlic, chop finely and sauté briefly in a pan with hot oil until translucent.

Add the meat, chile and pepper to the pan, sauté for 1-2 minutes, then pour in the wine. Simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes until the liquid is almost completely evaporated. Remove from heat, season with salt and pepper and allow to cool, then pour into jars or small bowls to serve.
