- 4 Chicken breasts (skinned)
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp ground cilantro
- 1 tsp ground Cumin
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 4 Red onions (peeled and cut into wedges)
- For the dip
- 8 Tbsps low-fat Crème fraiche
- lemon zest (from 1 lemon)
- 1 clove garlic cloves (crushed)

Preparation steps
1.
Dice the chicken breasts and mix with the thyme, coriander, cumin and oil. Season with salt and pepper and set aside to marinade for 30 minutes.
2.
Thread the onions and chicken on wooden skewers and grill for about 6 minutes, turning and basting as they cook.
3.
For the dip: mix the creme fraiche with the lemon zest and garlic. Season to taste with salt.
4.
Arrange the kebabs on a platter. Put the dip into a small bowl and place on the platter.
