- ½ bunch scallions
- 8 store-bought Taco shells
- 2 Tomatoes
- 2 Chicken breasts (350 grams)
- 1 Avocado
- Limes (juice)
- 8 Tbsps Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Chili sauce
- 3 Tbsps vegetable oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- Limes (for garnish)
- mint (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Slice the chicken crosswise into slices. Heat the oil in a skillet, add the chicken, season with salt and pepper and saute until cooked through, 5-7 minutes.
2.
Peel the avocado, cut in half, remove the pit, cut into cubes and sprinkle with lime juice. Rinse, quarter and seed the tomatoes, cut into small cubes.
3.
In a bowl, stir together the mayonnaise and chili sauce, season with salt and pepper.
4.
Rinse and thinly slice the scallions.
5.
Fill the tacos as desired with all the ingredients and serve garnished with lime slices and mint.
