- 2 Basil
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 3 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
- peppers
- salt
- Red pepper flakes

Preparation steps
1.
Sort, wash, halve and pit the cherries. Drain the mozzarella and spread it on plates with cherries.
2.
Wash basil, shake dry, pluck leaves and sprinkle over cherries and mozzarella. Mix oil with balsamic vinegar and drizzle over salad.
3.
Season cherry caprese with pepper, salt and chili flakes.
