- 1 pkg farmer's breakfast (500 grams, the fresh pack)
- 300 grams frozen Spinach
- 400 grams Tomatoes
- 150 grams Italian Feta
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 1 bunch oregano
- salt (and pepper)
Preparation steps

Cook the farmer's breakfast according to the package intructions. Keep warm. Cook the spinach in boiling salt water for 10-15 minutes, drain and chop. Rinse the tomatoes and cut into eighths. Cube the feta cheese. Peel and press the garlic. Heat the oil. Saute the spinach, tomatoes and garlic. Fold in the farmer's breakfast and cheese. Sprinkle with the chopped oregano. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
