300 grams Sour cream (or double cream)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse, peel and coarsely grate the potatoes. Drain the potatoes in a sieve, catching the liquid and wait until the starch has settled.

2.

Mix the starch with the grated potatoes. Stir in the eggs and flour. Season with salt and nutmeg. Heat the oil in a pan. Heap the potatoes into the oil, one tablespoon at a time.

3.

Cook the potatoes until golden and crispy on each side. Serve with applesauce and sour cream.
