- 350 grams Goat cheese
- 2 tsps chopped thyme
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 200 grams chopped Hazelnuts
- 200 grams Camembert
- 200 grams semi-solid Sliced cheese
- Red Grape
- 2 Pear
- juice of lemons

Preparation steps
1.
With a fork, mash goat cheese with thyme and oil. Season with salt and pepper and mix thoroughly. Roll mixture into small balls, about 2 cm (approximately 3/4) in diameter. Roll half of the balls in the chopped nuts.

Cut Camembert and sliced cheese into bite-sized cubes.
3.
Peel pears, cut in half, remove cores and cut into bite-sized cubes. Sprinkle immediately with lemon juice. Rinse grapes.
4.
Thread cheeses and fruit onto small skewers and arrange decoratively on a platter.
