Preparation steps

1.

Cut the cheese into uniform cubes. Halve the grapes and tomatoes

Rinse the dates, pat dry, halve and remove the pits.

3.

Thread the cheese cubes, dates and grapes alternately onto wooden skewers.

Thread the tomatoes and cheese cubes on separate skewers.

5.

Serve chilled.
