1 Tbsp honey
3 sprigs mint

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse kumquats and cut in half. Remove skin from orange and grapefruit. Separate orange and grapefruit peel off skin to expose flesh. Coat with honey.

2.

Rinse mint, shake dry and pluck off leaves. Take a skewer and put on a kumquat, then an orange or grapefruit and a mint leaf. Continue to alternate. Serve immediately.
