250 grams Pastry flour
1 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp salt
3 Tbsps vegetable oil
75 grams cream cheese
100 grams Buttermilk
1 Tbsp Dill (dried)
1 egg yolk
milk

Preparation steps

1.

For the buns, mix flour in a bowl with 1 heaping teaspoon baking powder, 1 slightly heaping teaspoon salt, oil, cream cheese and buttermilk. Using a dough hook on an electric mixer, knead dough until it easily pulls from the side of the bowl. Add half of dill to the bowl and knead again.

Divide bread dough into 9 portions and shape into bins. Mix egg yolk in a bowl with milk and brush rolls with mixture, sprinkle with remaining dill and sea salt.

Place the rolls on deep baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15-18 minutes in a preheated 200°C (approximately 400°F) oven until golden brown.
