- 2 Chicken breasts
- 1 Tbsp clarified butter
- 1 tart Apple
- 6 stems Celery
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- For Sauce
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 5 Tbsps Whipped cream
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 2 tsps Horseradish (from a jar or freshly grated)
- salt
- peppers (freshly ground)
- 2 Tbsps Peanuts (coarsely chopped)

Preparation steps
1.
Season chicken chicken breast fillets with salt and pepper. Heat butter and cook for about 10 minutes. Remove, slice and keep warm.
2.
Peel apple, cut into quarters and core, cut into wedges and sprinkle with lemon juice.
3.
Rinse and dry celery, cut into bite-sized pieces.
4.
Combine all ingredients for sauce and mix well.
5.
Place celery and apple slices on plates, drizzle with sauce and top with sliced chicken.
