Apple and Celery Salad
Peel celery and cut into small cubes. Blanch in boiling salted water for 3 minutes, if desired. Drain.
Rinse apples and pears, cut into quarters and core, cut into cubes. Chop walnuts.
Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice and cream, season with salt and pepper. Combine celery, pears, apples and walnuts in a bowl, toss with the dressing and serve.
