Rinse mint, shake dry and reserve 1 sprig for garnish. Place the remaining mint in a tall mug or a large cup.

Rinse the lime in hot water, wpie dry and remove the zest in a spiral fashion with a peeler.

Pour about 2/3 cup of the boiling cardamom tea through a strainer over the mint. Steep, covered, 5-7 minutes and add sweetener to taste. Garnish with reserved mint and the lime zest and serve.
