Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the mint, and add a few sprigs into small tea glasses.
2.
Add the remaining mint and green tea to a pot. Cover the tea mixture with 1 liter (approximately 1 quart) of boiling water.
3.
Le steep for 3 minutes, then strain and sweeten to taste with sugar. Add to the tea glasses, and serve hot.
