800 milliliters milk
1 Vanilla bean (pod and seeds)
3 Tbsps honey
1 Peach
400 grams fresh Berry (currants and blueberries)
mint (for garnish)

Preparation steps

In a saucepan, bring the milk, honey and vanilla bean to a boil. Stir in the bulgur and cook, while stirring occasionally, until the bulgur is soft, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and cool to lukewarm. Remove vanilla bean.

2.

Rinse the peaches and berries. Blanch peaches in boiling water, peel and dice. Chop the strawberries and leave smaller berries like currants and blueberries whole. Stir the peaches and berries into the bulgur. Serve garnished with mint.
