2 ½ cups Strawberries
3 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

1.
Wash and trim the watercress, then shake dry. Peel the onion, cut in half, then cut finely. Break up the feta cheese into small crumbs. Wash and hull the strawberries, pat dry, then cut in half.

Mix the balsamic vinegar with the olive oil, salt and pepper. Place the strawberries, watercress and onions in a bowl and toss in the dressing. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Divide onto plates, sprinkle some feta cheese over the top and serve.
