600 grams Sea bream fillet (cleaned, skinless)
400 grams potatoes
olive oil
salt
freshly ground peppers
40 grams butter (chopped)
1 Tbsp freshly chopped parsley
1 Tbsp freshly chopped mint
12 candied lemons

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).

Rinse the fish, pat dry and cut into 4 pieces. Peel the potatoes, rinse and cut into thin slices. Lightly drizzle 4 pieces of foil with oil, arrange the potato slices in the center and season with salt and pepper. Place the fish on top and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with chopped butter and herbs and top with candied lemon slices. Fold into packets and bake for about 20 minutes. Open the packets and bake for another 10 minutes, until browned.
