- 4 Sea bream (each about 300 grams)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 untreated lemons
- 1 bunch parsley (about 60 grams)
- 75 grams breadcrumbs
- 100 milliliters olive oil
- 6 fresh garlic cloves

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).

Rinse the fish, pat dry and season the inside with salt and pepper. Stuff with half of parsley stems. Halve the lemons, squeeze 1 half and cut the rest into slices. Stuff lemon slices into the fish. Pluck remaining parsley leaves and finely chop. Mix chopped parsley with the breadcrumbs, some of the lemon juice and the olive oil. Cut garlic cloves in half, mix with herb breadcrumbs and distribute all over the fish. Season with salt and pepper and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes. While baking, sprinkle occasionally with the lemon juice.

Serve with toasted white bread, if desired.
