- 800 grams fresh Peas
- 1 Romaine lettuce
- 2 shallots
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 splash white wine
- 100 milliliters Vegetable broth
- 1 handful parsley
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse and drain the peas. Rinse, trim, and thinly slice the lettuce.

Peel the shallots and garlic. Slice the shallots into rings, and slice the garlic also. Melt the butter in a pan, and sweat the shallots and garlic. Add the peas and the white wine. Add the broth, cover, and simmer gently for 5 minutes.

Add the lettuce, and simmer for 3-4 minutes uncovered. Rinse and dry the parsley, then remove the leaves and coarsely chop. Mix into the pea mixture, season to taste with salt and pepper, and serve.
