Preparation steps
1.
Boil the peas in salted water for 4-5 minutes, then drain.
2.
In a hot frying pan, melt the butter and add the breadcrumbs and a pinch of orange zest. Stir in the drained peas and season to taste with salt, ground black pepper and a dash of lemon juice.
3.
Arrange on plates and serve garnished with dill.
