Preparation steps

Rinse and trim the romaine. Tear into small pieces if necessary. Blanch the peas for 1-2 minutes in boiling salted water. Remove the peas, and drain well. Peel and chop the onion. Crumble the feta cheese. Mix the balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, honey, and the oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Divide the romaine onto plates. Top with the peas, onions, and feta cheese. Drizzle with the dressing, and serve.
