- Vinegar

Preparation steps

Cut the bologna sausage into thin slices. Peel the onion and cut into rings. Cut the eggs into slices. Rinse the tomatoes and cut into quarters.

Arrange sausage, onion, eggs and tomatoes on plates, season with salt and sprinkle with chives. Drizzle with oil and vinegar to taste and serve immediately.
