1 kilogram Beef (for cooking)
1 Roasted Chicken

1 kilogram potatoes
1 kilogram carrots
1 little fresh Salami
2 medium eggs

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse beef and hen and place in a large pot. Pour in white wine and cover meat with water. Season with salt, bay leaves and peppercorns. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and let simmer for 1/2 hour. Skim foam repeatedly.

Rinse potatoes and carrots. Halve carrots lengthwise and add along with potatoes to meat for last half hour of cooking time. Add salami 15 minutes before end of cooking time.

Hard boil eggs, peel, and finely dice. Rinse herbs, shake dry, pluck off leaves and chop finely. Cut chives in rings. Peel onions and dice.

4.

Mix together eggs, herbs, capers, onions and oil and season well with salt and pepper. Cut beef and salami into slices, break down hen into pieces and serve meats with vegetables and broth.

5.
