100 milliliters milk
1 pinch salt
2 eggs
vegetable oil (for frying)
1 handful mixed Flowers (such as chives, sage, sage, borage, calendula, daisy)
2 slices cooked ham (cut into strips)
100 grams grated Cheese (such as edam, emmental)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse blossoms carefully and drain on paper towels.

Combine flour and milk with a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth add eggs. Let rest for 10 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan and spread half on the dough onto hot oil. Sprinkle half of the blossoms, ham and cheese over dough. Repeat with second batch of dough and place both pizzas in an oven preheated to 160°C (approximately 320°F) for about 5 minutes, until pizza is golden brown and cheese has melted. Remove, slice and serve.
