Serve with orange blossom tea sweetened with honey. Orange blossom water can be bought at the chemists (drugstore).
Preparation

1 Pot, 1 Bowl, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Sieve, 1 Citrus juicer

Preparation steps

1.
Mix all ingredients together and chill for at least 1 hour.

heat the oven to 180°C (160° fan) 350°F gas 4. Grease a large baking tray.
3.
Spoon 1 teaspoonful of batter per tuille onto the baking sheet. Spread them out slightly to a round, about 5cm| 2" in diameter. Make sure that there is enough space between each tuille for expansion.
4.
Bake for about 4 minutes until bubbles start to appear, then remove from the oven and leave to cool. Put the tuilles back in the oven for another 3 minutes until golden brown. Leave to cool and keep in an air-tight container.
