Preparation steps

Beat eggs and add milk, flour, baking powder and salt and mix well with hand mixer for 1-2 minutes. In a pan, heat oil and cook blinis until golden brown on both sides. Keep finished blinis warm.

2.

Shape salmon slices into rosettes. To serve, place two blinis on a preheated plate and arrange salmon rosettes on blinis and garnish with 1 tablespoon sour cream and dill, a sprinkle of pepper and dill.
