This delicious frozen yogurt is low in fat but high in antioxidants, which help protect the body's cells against damaging free radicas.
Once you've mastered this recipe, you can easily substitute the blackberries for other fruits. Strawberries and blueberries are particularly delicious in this recipe.

- 18 ozs fresh Blackberry
- 4 Tbsps sugar
- 9 ozs Yogurt
- 3 ½ ozs Whipped cream
- 1 generous pinch ground cinnamon

Preparation steps

Rinse the blackberries, drain and set some aside for garnish.

Mix the remaining berries with the sugar, heat briefly, then strain through a sieve to remove the seeds. Mix with the yogurt, cinnamon and whipped cream.
3.
Pour the mixture into a rimmed baking sheet and freeze for 2-3 hours, stirring every 20 minutes with a fork. Serve in glasses garnished with blackberries.
