2 ounces whole wheat Biscuits (food group) or cookie (i.e. Biscoffs)
2 tablespoons Pistachio
22 ounces Greek yogurt
2 teaspoons honey
4 leaves mint

Preparation steps

1.

Wash and drain the blackberries. Coarsely crumble whole wheat biscuits. Chop the pistachios.

2.

Layer yogurt, blackberries, and biscuit crumbs alternately in four dessert glasses. Sprinkle pistachios over them and sprinkle with honey.

3.

Garnish blackberry-pistachio yogurt with mint leaves and serve.
