600 grams Elderberry
1 organic lemon (juiced)
1 kilogram jam sugar (1: 1)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the berries, drain and remove the elderberries from the stems. Mix with the lemon juice and jam sugar and bring to a boil while stirring.

2.

Cook for 4 minutes until bubbly, stirring constantly. Immediately fill, seal and invert prepared jars for about 15 minutes. Return jars to upright and leave to cool. Store in a cool and dark area.
