- 250 grams Spaghetti
- 250 grams black Spaghetti (colored with squid ink)
- 8 Tbsps Salmon caviar
- 4 Tbsps Crème fraiche
- salt
- 1 Tbsp Dill (finely chopped)
- 1 Tbsp organic Lemon peel (freshly zested)
- white peppers (freshly ground)
- butter
Preparation steps
1.
Cook plain spaghetti in plenty of salted water until al dente. Cook black spaghetti until al dente in another saucepan. Drain each spaghetti and reserve some cooking water.
2.
Combine black and plain spaghetti noodles and mix with 2-3 tablespoons cooking water, lemon zest and 1-2 tablespoon butter. Season with white pepper.
3.
Transfer spaghetti to warm plates and top each with 2 tablespoons salmon caviar and 1 tablespoon creme fraiche. Sprinkle spaghetti with dill and serve immediately.
