22 ozs Berry (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries)
10 ozs small Banana (2 small bananas)
1 oz Acai berry powder (3 TBSP.)
22 ozs coconut or Soy yogurt
7 ozs Almond milk
2 Tbsps white Sesame seeds
1 ¾ ozs planed almonds (2 TBSP.)
1 oz Sunflower seed (2 TBSP.)
1 ¾ ozs Pumpkin seed (2 TBSP.)

Preparation steps

Wash and drain berries; set aside about 2 ounces each of blueberries and blackberries. Peel bananas, cut into pieces, and finely puree with berries, acai powder, yogurt alternative and almond drink. Divide smoothie into 4 bowls.

For the topping, toast sesame seeds with almonds, sunflower and pumpkin seeds in a hot pan over medium heat. Then let cool for 3 minutes. Serve bowls sprinled with toasted seeds and remaining blueberries and blackberries.
