- 200 grams Raspberries
- 200 grams Strawberries
- 1 Banana
- 2 Tbsps honey
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 400 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 200 milliliters milk (well chilled)
Preparation steps

Rinse the berries, trim and drain well. Peel the banana and cut into slices.

Combine the fruits finely in a blender with the honey, lemon juice and yogurt.

Stir in milk until the desired consistency is reached.
