- 500 grams mixed Beets (such as currants, raspberries and strawberries)
- 500 milliliters Buttermilk
- 100 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 2 Tbsps honey (more or less to taste)
- 4 Ice cubes
- Currants (for garnish)

Rinse berries, trim and drain. Blend with buttermilk, yogurt, lemon juice, honey and ice cubes in a blender. Pour into glasses.
