Bell Pepper Salad
Cut mozzarella into pieces. Mix vinegar in a bowl with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Peel garlic and squeeze through a press. Add garlic and sage leaves to the bowl and mix. Add mozzarella pieces to the bowl, mix, cover and let rest for 1 hour.
Rinse bell peppers, cut into quarters, remove seeds and ribs and cut into pieces.
Add bell peppers and parsley to the bowl, mix and serve.
