Preparation steps

Rinse the bell peppers, cut a lid off each and remove seeds and the white ribs. Peel the avocado, cut in half, remove seeds and dice. Rinse the tomatoes, cut into quarters, remove seeds and cut into pieces. Rinse scallions, trim and cut into thin rings. Drain the tuna and flake. Mix tuna with the chopped prepared ingredients, mayonnaise and creme fraiche and season with salt and cayenne pepper.

Rinse the lettuce, trim, cut into strips and mix with the salad. Fill the bell peppers with salad, replace the lids and serve.
