50 grams Feta
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 Tbsps Whipped cream

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven's broiler. Peel shallot and chop finely. Rinse the bell peppers and cut into thin strips. Whisk the eggs with the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper.

In a large pan, sauté the shallots in the vegetable oil until golden brown. Pour the egg mixture into the pan, layer the bell pepper slices on top and sprinkle with feta cheese. Place under the broiler for about 5 minutes, until golden brown, watching closely so it does not burn. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
