- 100 grams chilled Roast beef
- 2 shallots
- 2 Tomatoes
- 100 grams Charentais melon (peeled)
- 1 Tbsp freshly chopped cilantro
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- Lime juice
- salt
- cayenne pepper
- 4 Taco shells
Preparation steps

Thinly slice the roast. Peel and finely dice the shallots. Rinse the tomatoes and cut in half. Remove the seeds and finely dice.

Finely dice the melon, then mix with the shallots, tomatoes, cilantro, and sugar. Season to taste with lime juice, salt, and cayenne pepper. Place the meat into the taco shells, top with the salsa, and serve.
