600 grams Ground beef

4 Tbsps cream cheese (80 grams)
cayenne pepper
16 Taco shells
2 stalks cilantro

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse tomatoes, cut into quarters, remove seeds and cut into small cubes. Peel garlic and chop finely.

Rinse scallions, trim and cut into thin rings.

Heat oil in a pan. Cook ground beef over medium heat for about 5 minutes until meat crumbles. Add scallions and garlic and fry for about 2 minutes. Add tomato, mix and season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat.

Cut avocados in half, remove pit, gently remove flesh from peel, cut into small cubes and sprinkle with lime juice. Reserve half of diced avocado aside and mash remaining avocado with a fork. Mix mashed avocado with cream cheese and season with salt and cayenne pepper.

5.

Fill taco shells with ground beef mixture, sprinkle with diced avocado and cover with guacamole. Rinse cilantro, shake dry, pluck off the leaves and sprinkle over the tacos.
