- 500 grams button Mushroom
- 150 grams Prosciutto (or raw smoked bacon)
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 bunch parsley
- 4 Tomatoes (sun-dried, in brine)
- 8 small Steak (each 75 grams)
- 5 Tbsps lemon juice
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- salt

Preparation steps
Clean mushrooms and cut into thin slices. Drain the tomatoes and chop finely. Peel garlic and chop finely. Cut the prosciutto into strips and rinse the parsley. Shake parsley dry, pluck off the leaves and chop finely. Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).
Step 1 - Prepare the meat:
Trim steaks of tendons and fat and pound a little flat with the flat side of a meat mallet.
Step 2 - Marinating the meat:
Season steaks with pepper and some of the lemon juice.
Step 3 - Heat oil:
Heat 2 tablespoons oil over medium heat in a skillet.
Step 4 - Sautéing:
Sauté mushrooms, garlic and prosciutto in the oil, stirring constantly.
Step 5 - Steaming:
Mix 2 tablespoons lemon juice with the tomatoes and parsley, season with salt and pepper and add to the skillet. Cook about 2 minutes.
Step 6 - Transfer:
Pour the mushroom mixture into an oven-proof dish.
Step 7 - Add steaks:
Arrange the marinated steaks on the musrooms and vegetables evenly, place in the oven (middle rack) and roast for about 10 minutes.
Step 8 - Turn steaks:
Turn the steaks, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice and roast in oven until done, about 10 minutes.
