Preparation steps

1.

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Cook the steaks in the very hot oil for one minute on each side. Reduce the heat and cook the meat for about 2 - 4 minutes per side.

Season the steaks with salt and pepper. Remove from the pan and wrap in aluminum foil. Let rest for about 5 minutes. Serve.
