Preparation steps

1.

For the pork, rinse the meat and pat dry. Peel the garlic, finely chop and mix with the chopped fresh marjoram and oil. Season with pepper. Coat pork steaks with marinade, cover and place in refrigerator for about 1 hour.

2.

Meanwhile, for the mushrooms, clean the mushrooms and chop. Peel the shallot and garlic and chop finely. In a pan, heat the oil and add the shallot and garlic. Sauté until translucent. Add mushrooms and fry, turning occasionally until the mushroom liquid has evaporated. Season with salt and pepper.

3.

Remove pork steaks from the marinade and place on a preheated barbecue grill. Grill on each side for 4-5 minutes.

4.

Remove steaks from the grill and season with salt and pepper, Let stand briefly, cut into slices and arrange on plates with the mushrooms. Garnish with marjoram leaves and serve with risotto, if desired.
