- 4 slices Beef fillet (about 160 grams)

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse and pat dry the monkfish and cut into 8 equal pieces. Rinse and dry the shrimp. Place shrimp and monkfish pieces on 8 wooden skewers. Rinse and pat dry the meat and drizzle with olive oil. Place all skewkers on the barbeque. Grill the meat for about 4-8 minutes and seafood skewers about 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve alone or with a mixed lettuce salad.
