- For the prawns
- 4 King prawn
- 1 Tbsp Lime juice
- White pepper
- 1 stalk Lemongrass
- salt
- 2 Tbsps Lemon infused olive oil

Wash and dry the prawns. Brush four pieces of aluminium foil thinly with olive oil.

Trim and lightly crush the lemon grass and cut into 4 pieces.

Season the prawns lightly with pepper and place each on a piece of aluminium foil with a piece of lemon grass.

Wrap the foil round the prawns to make little parcels and cook on a barbecue for about 2 minutes each side. Serve sprinkled with lime juice.
5.
For the steaks, brush the meat with oil and cook on a barbecue (not too hot) for 3-5 minutes each side, depending how well done you like steak. Take off the barbecue and season with salt and pepper.
