2 onions
3 garlic cloves
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
70 grams sugar
1 Tbsp minced Savory
100 milliliters White vinegar
400 milliliters Vegetable broth

Preparation steps

Rinse and dry beans, cut into 2 cm (approximately 1 inch) pieces. Peel onions and garlic and dice finely. Heat oil in a pan and saute onions and garlic for 1-2 minutes or until translucent. Add beans, season with sugar and savory and saute for 2-4 minutes more, stirring.

Deglaze pan with vinegar and add broth. Simmer for about 10-15 minutes on medium heat. Pour hot chutney into preserving jars and seal well. Keep refrigerated and serve as needed.
