- 100 milliliters milk
- 4 slices white bread
- 1 large, ripe Banana
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 Tbsps butter
- Maple syrup
- 30 grams Pecan

Preparation steps

Beat the eggs and milk. Heat the butter in a pan over medium heat. Briefly turn the bread slices in the egg milk. Fry the bread on both sides in the butter.

Peel the banana and cut into slices. Place two pieces of bread per plate and cover with banana slices. Pour on maple syrup and sprinkle with nuts. Serve hot.
