- 100 grams ham (thin strips)
- 100 grams Edam cheese (thin strips)
- 100 grams Sour cream
- 1 Tbsp Mustard
- salt

Preparation steps

Rinse potatoes thoroughly and cook in salted water for about 30 minutes or until knife-tender.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C upper and lower heat.

Drain potatoes, let water evaporate slightly and cut in half lengthwise. Arrange ham and cheese on potatoes. Mix sour cream and mustard and spread on potatoes.
