- 100 grams Edam cheese (thin strips)
- 100 grams Sour cream
- 1 Tbsp Mustard

Preparation steps

Rinse potatoes thoroughly and cook in salted water for about 30 minutes or until knife-tender.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C upper and lower heat.

Drain potatoes, let water evaporate slightly and cut in half lengthwise. Arrange ham and cheese on potatoes. Mix sour cream and mustard and spread on potatoes. Place potato halves on a baking sheet and bake in preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 5-10 minutes or until cheese begins to melt. Serve.
