Preparation steps

1.
Heat the oven to 140°C (120° fan) 275°F gas 1. Line a large baking tray with non-stick baking paper.
2.
Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until fairly smooth.
3.
Place tablespoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking tray. Using damp fingers, pat into rounds. The biscuits won't spread or rise.
4.
Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden. Cool on the baking tray for 10 minutes, then place on a wire rack to cool completely.
